The information typically includes what a GP would commonly present in their pitchbook. GPs can decide how much or how little information to include in their profile, ensuring that it aligns with their fundraising strategy and preferences.
Orca securely stores all data on the Google Cloud platform, adhering to industry standards for data protection and privacy. We do not sell or distribute any of your information to third parties. Data is only accessible to verified LPs within the platform, ensuring that sensitive information is handled in a compliant and secure manner.
The Platform is exclusively available to investor-users who meet the criteria of professional or accredited investors, as defined by applicable regulatory standards, such as MIFID, the US Securities Act of 1933, and the US Investment Company Act of 1940.
